In this policy, we explain what information we gather about you and what you can do about that. By “we”, we mean Klets BV, a limited liability corporation in the Netherlands which builds and markets Frontdoor.
The same policy applies to you, your company, your customers, and so on: it applies to any person or legal entity that interacts with the Frontdoor application or any site or service operated by Klets BV.
We collect all messages you write, so you can get back to the conversation later. We do not look at these messages.
We track how you navigate Frontdoor and the sites we run. We do this to improve the product, so we take care to only measure how you use the product, but not what you use it for. This data includes technical data used to make our technology work correctly, such as log files with IP addresses, your browser version, and so on.
We store the personal information that you give us, such as your name, your email address, and authentication tokens from 3rd party services (such as Slack or Zapier). We may use this to send you emails, but only if you’re a Frontdoor customer. We do not send promotional emails to customers of Frontdoor customers.
We make daily backups of your data.
We do not share any information we collect with any third parties, except for these:

If you want to see what data we collected about you, please get in touch with us. Please allow us some days to gather everything.
If you want us to erase all data we collected about you, please get in touch with us. Please allow us some days to erase everything irrevocably. If you are a Frontdoor customer, we will remove your entire account.
You can terminate your account at any time, just get in touch with us. If you do this, we will stop charging you from the next month onwards.

You may not use Frontdoor to send spam, abusive messages, or malicious code to people.
You may not make automated requests to Frontdoor without our express permission.
If you’re a customer of Frontdoor, you will ensure that we can charge the subscription fee whenever it’s due.
You may not share content illegal under Dutch law.
We do our utmost best to keep your data secure. All communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Nevertheless, no company world wide can guarantee 100% security and neither can we. If you find a vulnerability, please get in touch with us for responsible disclosure.
Please note that some chat applications expressly aim to be uncrackable, even by well funded government bodies. Frontdoor is not that app. If you intend to overthrow a government, don’t use Frontdoor.
We reserve the right to deny you access to Frontdoor for any reason.
We may choose to change this policy at any time. We may reach out to you or ask your repeated consent if the changes are very big.
We do not promise that our software works or is good for anything at all. Notably, THE SOFTWARE SERVICES, THE DOCUMENTATION AND ALL OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING THIRD PARTY HOSTING SERVICES, PROVIDED HEREUNDER ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KLETS B.V. HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KLETS B.V. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDITION, VALUE OR QUALITIES OF ANY SERVICES, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS PROVIDED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WHETHER ANY SUCH SERVICES, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SECURE, CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, NON-INFRINGING OR ERROR-FREE, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO THE WORKMANSHIP THEREOF, OR THE ABSENCE OF ANY DEFECTS THEREIN, WHETHER LATENT OR PATENT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE. ALSO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WITH WHICH CLIENT MAY UTILIZE THE SOFTWARE SERVICES, AND CLIENT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND WAIVES ANY RIGHTS AND CLAIMS CLIENT MAY HAVE AGAINST KLETS B.V. WITH RESPECT TO SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sadly.
